GreenPark is a new business area being developed in Lempäälä, aimed at meeting the needs of businesses in the growing urban area in the long term. The project is strategically located along Highway 3, near Ideapark and the Marjamäki business area. It combines accessibility, visibility, and a functional environment for business operations.

Central to the development of GreenPark is a comprehensive approach: it is not about individual plots, but a business environment that is built in phases. The planning of the area takes into account the needs of different industries, smooth logistics, and future requirements, for example, regarding energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.

The project is being moved forward in close cooperation with the municipality of Lempäälä and other key players. The shared vision enables the planned and controlled development of the area and ensures that the solutions support the long-term goals of both the businesses and the municipality.

GreenPark is also seen as part of a wider regional development. Its construction strengthens the southern growth direction of the Tampere urban area and complements the complex of existing business areas.

The scale and central location of the area along the heavily trafficked VT3 motorway, close to both Ideapark and the Marjamäki business areas, makes the GreenPark project highly significant for the municipality of Lempäälä.

From GreenPark's perspective, the project is above all an investment in future growth. There, companies have the opportunity to position themselves in a central location and build their operations as part of a developing, modern business area.

The development of the area progresses in phases, and the goal is to build the area into one of the most interesting business environments in the Tampere region.
